Not gonna lie, sometimes I’m just in the mood to demolish something dirty like this

I actually love cooking but due to life I’ve had to move back with my mum and try restart my life from the beginning again.
Mum has no cooking utensils pans pots etc. Sink isn’t connected to plumbing so washing up is very difficult. And 15 cats causing a horrid mess everywhere. We just got a microwave and air fryer and a small portable oven.
This is probably one of the healthier meals I was able to “make”
